Sekolah Menengah Pendidikan Khas (Cacat Penglihatan) Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is the only secondary school with boarding facilities dedicated for the blind and visually impaired. Project Mata Hati, which means “Eyes InThe Heart”, formed by the Group Technical Services of MISC Bhd, supported by the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), school management and volunteers, has embarked on an ambitious strategic plan to turn SMPK Setapak into a world class institution of learning for the blind and visually impaired.
